is it possible to draw a rectangle on a map with gradient fill? AIUI function axMap.DrawPolygon(ref object xPoints, ref object yPoints, int numPoints, uint Color, bool fill) and analogous functions allow fill with one color.
We may set gradient fill type and its parameters in the DefaultDrawingOptions property for Shapefile. But what does it mean? I suppose that then all new shapes on Shapefile will be filled with these parameters (colors). But if I want to draw a few rectangles with different colors and filled with gradient (for example some recrtangles with lighter colors and some with darker colors), is it possible with MapWinGIS? And if yes, then what steps do we need to do for it?
