1. Added newer version of AtlModule (built-in wizards begged for it for quite some time). Hence renaming of odl -> idl for interface definitions.
2. GdiPlus startup/shutdown is moved to CMapWinGISApp to to ensure correct release of tile cache (solution from here: http://mikevdm.com/BlogEntry/Key/GdiplusShutdown-Hangs-Mysteriously);
3. Cleaned project file: all properties common to all configurations/platforms are moved to ItemDefinitionGroup without condition attribute. All but one, actually used, configuration are removed.
