Created Unassigned: Blank Map [25740]

Hello,

Installed version 4.9.2, followed the guide: http://www.mapwindow.org/documentation/mapwingis4.9/getting_started.html

I'm getting a blank page when I run my application (Win Forms in c#, VS2013)

I'm running the app in 32bit, .Net 4.5

Any ideas?
