New Post: MapWinGIS v4.9.2 released

Thanks Paul and all the people in the Team.

I've been using 4.9.0 with great results for 4 months, the meausirg cursor and the measuring logic,
the GMAPS layer, etc... for me was a great improvement over the 4.8.3.
