New Post: Legend crashing in all my projects

I have written before about this issue but havent had any responses on it. The issue is with all my projects at some point the legend will crash. I code with VB2010 and using the MW4.8 release. The exception I see is
"A first chance exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' occurred in System.Drawing.dll". The full exception is really long and provided below. I can also provide a graphic if need be. I think I also have submitted a bug that I thought was related to categories http://bugs.mapwindow.org/view.php?id=2179 but this happens in almost any of my projects with or without categories. I also see this message alot "Object is currently in use elsewhere."

Sometimes I Clean the project and Rebuild the project and that seems to fix it temporarily but soon the issue comes back. I'm not sure what causes this and how to avoid it.
