New Post: how to add legend control in VB .net

hello everybody,
i try to build map application using MapWinGIS v4.8.8 + VB .NET (VS2010), OS : WIN 8
but i've problem when i try to show legend on my map application,

so far, i get advise to use mapwininterface.dll from MapWinGIS to create a legend, but unfortunatelly i can't add legend control on toolbox :(

here is the error message :
"Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.MapWinGIS, Version=4.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
