Fixes to GEOS-based geoprocessing of M shapefiles (like POLYGON_M). The results of geoprocessing of M shapes used to be converted back as Z shapes (like POLYGON_Z) and then were rejected on insertion in the shapefile (which was still M). Now Shape/OgrGeometry conversion will be aware of the difference between Z and M shapefiles.
