1. Map.FindSnapPoint (finds closest point to the given one across all shapefiles) and Map.TilesInCache (checks whether tiles for particular provider and given map extents were already loaded).
2. Measuring.Persistent property, area/distance measurement won't disappear after switching map cursor (and can also be printed with SnapShotToDc).
3. ShapeDrawingOptions.AlignIconByBottom (changes standard center alignment of icons to bottom center).
4. ShapeDrawingOptions.FrameVisible and FrameType - frames around font characters for point layers (rounded and rectangular).
5. GlobalsSettings.ShortUnitsString (localization for measuring tools), GlobalsSettings.ZoomToFirstLayer (to turn the default behavior of zooming to the first added layer).

7. New project configuration - Release Fast New Lib. Use Release fast to build with old set of libs.
8. GeosHelper class - a wrapper for GEOS calls which switches between new and old API(only small subset of calls is added).
