New Post: Release candidate

Hi all,

I've published a new release candidate for MapWindow v4.8.8.

Please test it thoroughly and let me know if you find any blocking issues.
If all goes well the final version will be released in two weeks time.
That version will also be placed on the OSGeo-Live DVD that will be handed out during the FOSS4G in Nottingham, GB.
