Edited Unassigned: Panning bug - suddenly renders the wrong half of the grid [26026]

Hi,

When panning the view such that the upper (or lower) half of a grid is hidden, MapWinGIS suddenly renders the wrong half of the grid. This did not happen in 4.9.3.5.
