New Post: combining spatial query and "sql like" query

Hi all,
is there a way to combine spatial and "sql like" query in mapwingis? I need to select features from a shapefile that are within a particular extent and satisfy a query.
In arcgis (arcobjects ) there is the ISpatialQuery interface, is there something similar in mapwingis?
