When the Shape Editor is in "edit" mode - ie. CursorMode = cmEditShape, it is possible to move a shape by selecting it and then left-mouse dragging the edge.
How can I disable this? Both my customer and myself find this operation un-intuitive (shape moves might be useful in a drawing package but less so in geospatial applications).
Disabling the operation is the most important thing, but ideally we'd like to make the "left-mouse-drag on the edge of a selected shape" action insert a new vertex (and drag it).
