Hi All,
I've successfully managed to install MapWinGis onto multiple PCs, however I'm having trouble on a single PC. I'm installing version 4.9.3.5 (32 bit), and the installer runs as expected, as well as prompting me to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable (x86) license. After the installation is complete I attempt to open MapWindowLite, and keep receiving error message:
"Failed to start: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {80CDFEE0 -576F-4141-906R-877638A2AEF3} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))."
I've checked and that class never appears after installation (Though it does for every other PC I've installed on). I've attempted the installer multiple times, with different license set ups. The odd thing is that the 64 bit installer works fine and all classes appear correctly.
Has anyone had a similar issue, or an idea what may be causing this issue?
