New Post: MapWinGIS v4.9.3.6 Win32 not registering in Windows XP SP3

Hi,
I cannot use the last version on XP SP3:
Installation goes smooth but when loading the project I get an error "Class not registered"
Trying to manually register the ocx with regsvr32 I get error "The specified procedure could not be found."
