1) Did you look at this example: http://www.mapwindow.org/documentation/mapwingis4.9/_tracking_8cs-example.html

2) You can add AxInterop.MapWinGIS.XML and Interop.MapWinGIS.XML to your bin or project folder. That should give you the IntelliSense.
