New Post: How to get MapWinGIS in access 2013

Perhaps you are using x64 version of MS Access? Then you need x64 build of MapWinGIS or else the control won't be listed in MS Access. Currently we don't provide x64 build for 4.9.3 release (we decided to wait if there are requests for it from the users). x64 version of MapWinGIS can be built from source and it works with MS Access 2013. Since there is another request for x64 build it's also likely that we shall provide it with the next hotfix.
