Yes, I see the screenshots now. There is no missing dependencies in DW (delay loaded usually don't count). Also you can run

regsvr32 c:\dev\mapwingis\mapwingis.ocx 

from command line to make sure that registration works (the message about successful registration should be shown). As I said earlier another guess - it's a Delphi-related issue. So a small test application (just a form with Map control) may help me to diagnose the problem.

Also please don't start a new topic for the same issue and check how my name is spelled (you've managed to misspell it couple of times already, it's annoying).
