thanks for your research. We would definitely like to fix this problem if it's the problem in MapWinGIS settings or installer. Any suggestion how can I reproduce it? I've already tried to swap the version of libeay32.dll in MapWInGIS folder with a few different versions installed by other apps but so far no luck in breaking registration - it still works. Dll loading order seems to be ok as well: dlls located in MapWinGIS folder have precedence.
