Commented Unassigned: IUtils::CreateInstance not returning the requested interface [25952]

IUtils::CreateInstance with tkInterface::idExtents returns IShape interface. Probably a cut & paste problem.

Cut & paste problem indeed. I've just committed a fix. Luckily it's not used anywhere internally. New installer with the fix will be released some time soon.
