New Post: Windows-over-Map Issue in version 4.9 - up to 4.9.3.3

Hi folks,
when using version 4.9 - up to 4.9.3.3 in a custom application, the windows over the map are "frozen" - seems as if the redrawing is slowed down. You can see that behaviour easily when istalling the latest MapWinGIS version over the latest MapWindow version (4.8.8 i think), open the legend editor and drag it around over the map seeing it tracing itself, gradually slowing down...
Has someone a clue about that behaviour and maybe a solution for it?
Would be great to get any help...
