I have configured MSAccess 2003 to always show the property window when the form is open. I can successfully change properties like ShowRedrawTime and ScaleBarVisible, and see the results on the map. However, changing the ShowVersionNumber property has no effect. This is in version 4.9.3.3

Yes, indeed. After adding display of the license information for tile providers, I was unsure if we still need version number being displayed in the same corner. Since it is reported as an issue I suppose we do, so I restored it just above the license note. It will be included in the next hot fix.
