New Post: MapWinGIS error when calling arcpy in Python IDE

Thanks for the suggestion Sergei.

I removed GDAL_DATA (C:\dev\MapWinGIS\gdal-data) and GDAL_DRIVER_PATH (C:\dev\MapWinGIS\gdalplugins) from environment variables and still receive the error.
