Update of demo app:
- calculation of geodesic area for polygon shapefiles from the context menu of layer;
- displaying GDALInfo by double clicking on raster layers in the legend;
- support for float number format added to label style form (a combo box);
- text rendering hint for scale control in the layer dialog changed (to avoid ugliness on transparent background);
