When trying to modify the outline line width for a s Polygon shapefile, using MapWinGis in MFC C++ application the line width change doesn't have any effect.
The problem can be reproduced in MapWindow. We cannot change outline line width property for polygon shapefiles.
Tested in MapWinGis 4.8.2 and MapWindow 4.8.2
